MaxxoMedia LLC uses information from roundtable inquiries and registration to respond, review requests, prepare discussions and manage participation. An inquiry does not reserve a seat, subscribe you to a newsletter or give a sponsor permission to contact you.

What we collect

Forms ask for your name, email, company, role and relevant professional experience or discussion interests. Please don’t include confidential employer, customer or other sensitive information.

Where it goes

Our website and inquiry forms use Netlify for hosting and submission processing. Authorized personnel and service providers use information to handle inquiries and run events.

Sessions and sponsors

We use transcription service providers to create transcripts and prepare summaries. We retain transcripts indefinitely, with no scheduled deletion date.

With your required participation permission, the sponsor identified for your event receives an unattributed transcript, discussion summary and analysis for confidential internal use, plus your name, job title, company and attendance status for event reporting. We do not provide meeting recordings to the sponsor. The transcript and analysis may not be published, used in marketing or sales materials, or distributed externally without written permission. Public use or attribution of your comments requires your separate, express permission.

Sponsor follow-up

We share your work email for sponsor follow-up only if you separately opt in. Declining does not affect participation. You can unsubscribe from sponsor emails at any time.

Questions or removal requests

Email mark@maxxomedia.com to ask about your information, request correction or removal, change your sharing choices or stop roundtable outreach. We review removal requests under applicable law.
