This page explains how MaxxoMedia, LLC uses information submitted through the DCX AI Roundtables inquiry form.

What you share

The form asks for your name, email, organization, role, participation or partnership interest, and an optional message. Please don’t include confidential employer, customer, or other sensitive information.

How it is used

DCX uses these details to respond to your inquiry, assess fit for relevant roundtables, and discuss participation or sponsorship with you. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give a sponsor permission to contact you.

Where it goes

The site and inquiry form use Netlify for hosting and submission processing, including spam filtering. Authorized DCX personnel can access submissions to handle your inquiry. Hosting and form services may process technical request information for operation and security. See Netlify’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Sponsor introductions and session participation

Direct sponsor follow-up requires your permission. Any session-specific arrangements for confidentiality, attendee information, recording, or transcription are explained separately before participation.
